The NMMI Annual Alumni Trail Ride 2025
is heading to a brand-new, never-before-explored location—
Camp of the Tall Pines in Mayhill, NM!

Join us for five days of incredible riding, breathtaking scenery, and the unmatched camaraderie of fellow alumni. This year’s ride promises to be an exciting new chapter in our cherished tradition—one you won’t want to miss!
🐎 Horse Rentals
For horse rentals, please contact Nancy Burch. Rentals will be available for June 4, 5, and 6 at $225 per day or $650 for all three days (includes tax). Please click the link to reserve your horse rental.

Wednesday–Saturday (June 4–7): $375
Thursday–Saturday (June 5–7): $275
Friday Full Day (Includes breakfast, lunch & dinner): $125 (This will stay the same after May 1st)
Friday Night Only (Dinner only, no breakfast/lunch): $75
One Full Day (Tuesday–Friday, includes breakfast, lunch & dinner): $125

2025 Trail Ride Buckles
Trail Ride buckles will be available for purchase at $50. Riders will have first access, and they will be handed out at registration. Designs are currently being finalized, but you can pre-purchase now to guarantee yours!

🏕 Large Timber Ridge Bunkhouse (10 bunkbeds available)
Open to those who previously used the communal tent
Provided by the NMMI Alumni Relations Office
No amenities (blankets, etc.) provided

Each accommodates up to 6 guests

Free dry camping is available anywhere on-site
RV parking is permitted anywhere within Camp of the Tall Pines without hookups.
Tent campers are welcome to set up their tents anywhere within Camp of the Tall Pines.

Full Ride Per Rider
This full-ride cost covers all expenses from Tuesday to Saturday, inclusive. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each of those days, as well as entertainment costs during the event.

This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each of those days, as well as entertainment costs during the event.

Thu-Sat Per Rider
This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each of those days, as well as entertainment costs during the event.

Friday (1 Full Day) Per Rider
For attendees participating for a single day only, the full-day rate covers all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for that specific day. Please specify which day you will be attending when registering. This single-day rate applies regardless of whether you attend on Friday or any other day during the event week (Tuesday - Saturday).

Friday Night (ONLY) Per Rider
The Friday night ticket option is specifically for those only attending the evening dinner and entertainment. This ticket covers the Friday night festivities only and does not include breakfast or lunch on Friday.
